The fine print, in plain English
Policies
- You own everything. Your domain, website (once paid in full), Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and tracking numbers are yours.
- Ad spend is paid directly by you to the ad platform. Our fees are separate.
- Cancelling. After the minimum term, give 30 days written notice to info@foundrycomarketing.com.
- Billing. Setup is due at signing. Monthly fees are billed in advance by card or ACH. Work pauses if an invoice is 10 or more days past due. Prices do not include taxes.
- Price lock. Your rate is locked for your initial term plus 12 months. After that, we give 60 days notice of any change.
- Usage. Unusually heavy texting or calling volume is billed at cost.
- Support hours. 7 AM to 7 PM Eastern, 7 days a week.
- Prices shown are our standard rates. Your signed agreement sets your final scope and price. See our Terms.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Google Ads management is a flat monthly fee by spend tier: $497/mo for spend up to $3,000, $797/mo for $3,000 to $7,500, and from $1,197/mo (quoted flat) above $7,500.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Google (or Microsoft or Meta) from your own ad account. Our fee is separate, and you own the account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Foundation is month to month. Framework and Keystone have a minimum term, then continue month to month. After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days written notice to info@foundrycomarketing.com.
Who owns my website and accounts?
You do. You own your domain, website (once paid in full), Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and tracking numbers.
